Returns & Exchanges
At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
